Just like with individual coaching, the mental skills training for teams is tailored to your group’s specific needs, goals, and budget. Group sessions can be utilized for both proactive and preventative training.
I provide on-site workshop, training, and consultation with teams, managers, coaches, directors, and executives. Groups can choose from 90-minute, half-day, or full-day workshops, all of which are tailored to your needs — and don’t worry, I make sure my workshops are fun, energetic, educational, and interactive!
