My Personal Testimony:

Growing up in athletics was a major part of my adolescent and teenage years. My father was in the army and we moved every two years. Sports was the vehicle that allowed me to comfortably transition from one community to another. I made new friends easily because sports was always the one thing we share in common with.

Over the years, I learned to believe in myself and develop new levels of discipline. I worked hard to turn my weaknesses into strengths especially in times of defeats. And I was extremely fortunate to have worked with amazing  coaches in my athletic journey.

They were very instrumental in my skill development and their display of true leadership is what ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in Sport Psychology.  This is why today, I am passionate about empowering athletes to reach their full potentials, achieve their aspirations, and mentor them to grow into the best version of themselves.
